We booked for one night at short notice because our flight was cancelled. The room met our requirements and it was very helpful that the hotel also had a restaurant. In the circumstances it provided an excellent service in the centre of Bilbao, with easy travel to and from the airport. I would like to recommend the hotel and thank the staff for their service.

Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (only opens in the late spring through summer) and important to be aware that the hotel, whilst on the edge of the old town, can get some quite noisy people wandering by at all hours of the night
