"The hotel itself was very good. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job every day, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The biggest downside is the noise. The hotel is very close to the subway, which is convenient for transportation, but the train noise is constant and quite loud. I could also hear airplanes overhead and traffic from the street outside. The windows do not provide much sound insulation, so light sleepers may have difficulty getting a good night’s sleep. Another concern is the surrounding neighborhood. While I did not experience any problems personally, the area did not feel particularly safe, especially at night. Overall, the hotel offers clean rooms, good service, and a great breakfast, but the noise level and the surrounding area may be important considerations for some travelers."
