"If you're wanting to escape to some solitutde, this is your stay. It's about 10 minute drive up a dirt and rock road. No problem with wifi. Plenty of pots and pans if you want to cook, no pantry items so bring your own. Comfortable master bedroom mattress, we didn't use to queen bed. Visit South Park City, very cool museum."

"We loved this little cabin. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. We were surprised to learn that Burro Days were going on in Fairplay the weekend of our stay. We enjoyed our time in town and appreciated the beauty and peace out at the cabin. Perfect getaway for two!"

"Beautiful, little cottage/cabin just off the river and not far from downtown Glenwood. You can tell that every little detail was accounted for. Aplliances are state of the art. The entire property is very well done. If you struggle with stairs the rotating stair case to the bedrooms may not be for you. I can't reccomend highly enough!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was decorated very nice. We skied Copper Mountain and it was an easy 30 minute drive. It was close to Breckinridge downtown, which made going out easy. "

"We really liked the house but there are a few things that would make it a lot better 1) screens in the windows so you can have the windows open and not let bugs in 2) ceiling fans since there is no AC 3) a hose for one of the bathrooms for easier dog bathing. I love taking my dog to CO with me every summer for hiking but I want to bathe her every day after hiking for cleanliness and it is so much easier to have a hose to spray her off inside (the water is too cold outside to do it there). -Mike...

"The good: It's 3 minutes drive from downtown which was great! It's very close to the hot springs. The inside matched the description and photos. Its was pleasantly updated to include the bathroom and kitchen. The A/C worked nicely. What could be better: The parking spot is not painted with the house number and is hard to read. We had some minor issues with bugs in the bathroom(Small spiders in the shower and on a towel) Overall it was a nice spot located close to attractions. Great...

"We are super pleased with the cabin. We came to ski Breckeridge, the cabin located away from the crowds, and out in the woods. The kids saw moose and a fox. So cool. I’d coma again "

"Check-in was easy and convenient. Kitchen was well-stocked and clean. Bed was comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Cabin was in a beautiful setting with a large, nice deck that included a bigger table with an umbrella. There was easy access into Leadville. It was a surprise to find the two bedrooms located in the basement rather than the main floor. Carpet and living room furniture showed quite a bit of wear.
