Owners were responsive, but there were no instructions for the house, so we were left guessing about various things, including check-out process. The TV was quite small and the wifi connection was unstable. It’s also a shame the fireplace did not work. "This was a perfect location for our long weekend trip! We skied Vail and Beaver Creek and access to both was quick and easy. The condo was so spacious and allowed us and our adult children to spread out and provided ample space. We would definitely stay again. Our only disappointment was that we were caught in a snowstorm on I70 overnight and arrived a day late, missing a night in the condo and in the mountains."

"House was beautiful, clean and ultra modern! Great locations. No complaints there. However our check out process all most got bad because I didn’t realize check out was at 10am, and my driver was due to arrive at 11am. I’ve never stayed at any AIRBB OR HOTEL, and had a 10am check out. The person I was speaking to over the app was not trying to hear it, they told us to take an uber or Lyft to another location and wait for our ride. Mind you, it was 5 ladies with a total of 20 pieces of luggage. I...
