"The hotel and grounds are beautiful. There are several amenities to choose from. We had issues with check in and had to contact vrbo to straighten it out. The staff double charged us for the hotel and charged us a resort fee each day that we stayed. Thank you vrbo for correcting their mistakes. We had to ask several times for basic items, coffee pods, towels etc. The 2 bedroom is not really a two bedroom to share with another couple. You have to walk through a bedroom to walk out to the patio."

"Entering the property reminded me of that scene in crazy rich Asians when the girlfriend is driving up to the mansion for the first time… and the property reminded me of something like out of white lotus… without the drama. lol it was the nicest place if ever stayed and the service was beyond phenomenal. We did a fishing charter with captain Sara and two conchs which was awesome especially just being a 3 minute walk from our room. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this facility again. Also everything is through Isla Bella so all the daily activities the champagne when you arrive all the perks."
