The property was great and management was great. A little cramped inside for 3 adults with luggage, but we did fine. The only recommendation I would suggest is that for the kayaks they add a ladder to the floating dock to make it easier to enter and disembark the kayaks.

We stayed at Yacht Haven Marina in a houseboat for our honeymoon. The manager Jo Lena was awesome and super helpful with the check-in process even though we got in later than expected. The houseboat was super clean and absolutely beautiful in a quiet little corner of the marina right by Publix and the main drag of Marathon. The boat came with all sorts of basic stuff coffee pot, pots, pans ECT which was great. Was super cool and fun slightly rocking and getting rocked to sleep on the water. The highlight of everything though was the back porch on the boat that was right on the marina. Every morning we drank coffee and hung out for hours watching the manatees, dolphins, tarpon, some variety of giant stingray things it was hard getting my wife to leave to go anywhere. We had manatees like 3 feet from us a few times. Also included was bike and kayak rentals which was also super great and another perk. We'll be back next year for sure as this was a great deal and ton of fun.

We loved our stay at the “Aqua Lodge”. New, clean, well appointed. Everything about it was comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed being “on the water”, enjoying an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Complimentary bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed our bike ride to 7 mile bridge. The staff were super nice! Highly recommend staying here.

The beach areas were a little disappointing - small and lots of seaweed on the beach — but after dining out, it was a very relaxing evening on the covered patio deck

It was clean and quiet couldn’t use kayak as dock was being fixed and then dock was to high to get in kayaks
