"My hubby and I absolutely loved this place. The pool was super warm and huge! My only complaint was not for the resort or its employees, but in the other guests that ignored the policies of no smoking and no glass in the pool area. Super frustrating to smell cigarette smoke all afternoon in the pool area and the guests that were so disrespectful to the other guests by continuing to smoke. The guy that dropped his glass bottle at least picked it up but, I am sure there will be some small shards that may cut someone. I am not trying to be a karen but, seriously, follow the rules!"

"Staff was great on my late check in Biggest issue was I stayed there just to launch my boat It’s a very difficult ramp with the only option of backing down Problem was cars were parked were it would have been almost impossible to back in . I ended up going to the public ramp at 7 mile bridge . "

"We love Mockingbird Point, on this property you have that resort feeling of high end amenities and the solitude needed to get away and relax. I have an enjoyable and busy career, the owners have a nice quiet office space to use when necessary. Although the tiki hut by the pool is often one of my favorite work places. If you have a busy career or a busy family life, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The location is great to all the day and nightlife attractions in Marathon. The island life experience on this property is excellent, it’s hard coming home after a week on Mockingbird Point. A few stays at this property over the last five years has us convinced that we need to find our own property in Marathon and create an island getaway that will be ours. Until then we will be returning to Mockingbird Point for all of our future Marathon trips. The owners are excellent, they communicate early and just often enough to make you feel welcomed in their home. They are always readily available if you should have any questions or if anything were to arise during your stay. They are very gracious hosts, they want to to love Marathon as much as they do."
