"The hotel is located in a business park and was very close to where we had to work. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable but outside the building looks run down. Flaking paint etc. but inside is ok. Breakfast was excellent. Is not far from the airport and a 15 euros taxi to Playa España. Or there is an underground station 5 minutes away to go into Madrid center"

"In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)"

"Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!"
