The location is not the best area of Madrid and a bit of a walk to the centre uphill. They have another property in the north which would be better. The condition of the property was ok and had good facilities like washing machine. Ironing board is small and not the easiest but works. Air con gave us both a chesty cough

Amazing stay and great service. Had issues with AC that were sorted within 30 mins. Great location as well, super walkable. The apartment is well equipped, they even provide a charger, tote bag and water bottle for use during your stay- super thoughtful! Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect with a nice coffee shop downstairs. We had an issue with the apartment door code but we called and were able to get a key right away. Apartment was clean and perfect for our accommodations! The washing machine was a bonus especially since my luggage got lost. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful little apartment with a nice balcony and wonderful guest services including access to laundry (note that it’s only a washer but drying racks are provided, we dried a few heaver items on the balcony) and anything you might need during your stay in the lobby area. Great WiFi that worked well for the entirety of our stay. The lift was used and appreciated very much. This accommodation was about a 15 minute walk to Atocha train station and a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro stations so great accessibility to the entire city and Spain. 10/10 would recommend 🇪🇸👍

Very Convenient!

Great location, central but quiet Loved the concept of having the quality of a hotel but with the convenience of an apartment. For a work trip this is ideal, I used the gym pass that was included and also very convenient to have a washing machine, cooking options etc.
