"This property is a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and clean. The only thing that I personally wish was a little different. What’s the restroom. They have glass door with film, but if you’re tall when you’re standing in the bathroom, you can be seen from the room. Also, the toilet doesn’t have a lid and there is no table or anything to place anything on top of or when you go into the shower. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10 because it is nice clean and very well kept."

"The room layouts are in my opinion not terribly user friendly. A mini fridge under the tiny desk renders that useless. The folding chairs hung on the wall are on the heavy side and not very comfortable. There was no natural way to watch the television. For all the heaviness in the decor the drapes we not, too shear. Lastly the common areas were as cold as a meat locker. I felt sorry for the staff. The property is well kept and well maintained. The staff was nice enough. The property also had an over all pleasing look. 50/50 over all."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Access and parking was very convenient. Price was a good value for what I needed. I was surprised at the scale of amenities in the room - full fridge, range top, etc. The only downside I encountered was the number of empty sanitizer dispensers, and the lack of media control in the fitness center."

"5 Stars! Highly Recommend!We had a great stay at this beautiful 6-bedroom house in Fayetteville! The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from campus, which made it perfect for our family gathering. We booked it for our Easter celebration since my son couldn’t make it home for the weekend, and it was the ideal choice.The house was very clean and well-maintained. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was a huge bonus for our large group of 10. Everyone had plenty of space and comfort.Communication with the owner was great—super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process. We didn't have our dogs with us for this trip, but really appreciate that this house will allow pets:)We will definitely be booking again for future visits. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and spacious place to stay in Fayetteville!"
