The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 is because the pool was NOT clean and not very “guest” friendly. Otherwise, wonderful stay! "

"Close/near UofARK. The stadium is just down the street but wouldn’t walk. It’s a bit too far for that. Dining is sit down, nothing to go, menu only.
The pool is tiny, but other areas are nice. Lots of outdoor sitting with fire pits. A little off the path but worth the quiet side. Didn’t see a lot of little kids. My son is 10 and everyone else was older."
"This property is amazing. We loved our stay here with 3 families in town for a baseball tournament. It was within walking distance of food and entertainment. The home is immaculate and the host is the best I have ever worked with. She took customer service and looking out for her guests very seriously. We make a trip to this area once or twice every summer for tournaments. We have saved this spot for future stays and hope that it is available next time we come to town. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."
"This place was just great. So many places in walking distance. It was very clean and well kept. Right in the middle of downtown. You really wont need to drive much at all. Within walking distance of the square amd dickson street. We had a great time."
