Fantastic weekend with other Moms celebrating our Razorbacks! Excellent location to all the fun and excitement of Fayetteville. Either a short walk or Uber ride to all the FUN
We loved everything about the home! The only thing that could have made it better was a tv in the master bedroom. it was a great location and size for our weekend visit. We will definitely stay again!
We wanted to pick this house up and take it home. Comfy beds, fun layout, plenty of privacy and family space. Great outdoor space, well-stocked kitchen and pantry. Will absolutely stay again.
This property is a short walk to the square with shopping and dining for the family. It has a short walk to Arsagas (brunch) and Fayetteville's Taco and Tamale for Dinner. Of course the obligatory stop at Hugo's for burgers is a must. The house had everything we needed and provided a great space to visit with our Razorback.
We loved the vibe of this mid-century modern home! The location was ideal, within walking distance to the University, square, restaurants, and bike trails.
The house was perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. It was pristine & well-decorated, just like in the photos. We really enjoyed hanging out in the various outdoor spaces. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here if I ever visit Fayetteville again.
3 moms stayed at this property for mom's weekend. It was absolutely perfect. It is beautiful inside and the outdoor spaces were amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to spend much time outside. The location couldn't have been better. Short walk to Dickson street. We are hoping to book this home again in the future. We all loved it!
Not much to add to a very accurate description of the property. If you appreciate good design, a great location, and great amenities this is your place.
Coolest place ever! Loved the house. We walked to the Square numerous times. Easy access to all other locations. Could not have been more perfect. I even tried to book it for a future trip but it was not available for my dates.
The home is wonderful with all the comforts of home. The only negative comment is the road noise, but the owners can't do anything about that issue. If our son chooses the UofA for college, we will definitely stay here again!
Our family was in town for a college visit for only one night, but we wanted something roomy and convenient for checking out town square as well as U of A campus. The house was perfect for our visit with 3 teens and 2 adults. Bedrooms are roomy and comfy and having 3 bathrooms was super convenient which is why we didn't go a hotel. Carport parking was fantastic and it opens right up to main level kitchen for easy unloading. Great location, teens were able to walk to town square for shopping. However, it is by a busy intersection if you were there w/ pets fyi. The yard is completely fenced in, but the fence is not high if you have a jumper. Just a heads up for pet people. We didn't wind up taking our dogs as initially planned. Overall, great property as we would stay there again!
We had a short mid week trip to Fayetteville to stay with our daughter who was having a minor surgery. The property was clean. Check in process was easy-the code given to us before check in didn’t work, but property management was on top of things and got us a new code without delay. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need for utensils, dinnerware, etc. The bedrooms were roomy and the mattresses were comfy. The only criticism I have of the property, and it’s very minor, is the uncovered transom windows. The sun comes in bright and early! Great property and we’d definitely stay here again!
I want to state that we had previously stayed in this home and absolutely loved it. All of the reviews are spot on with location, and it's pet friendly. However, we did have some issues with our stay this time. To start with the front door to the house was left unlocked and the master bath shower door had been removed and was in the closet. That was easily overcome since there are several other bathrooms to utilize. The main issue with this house is the HVAC, the temps dropped into the single digits and having the thermostat upstairs makes it almost unbearable downstairs (especially with the concrete floors). Even with the thermostat set to 80 the warmest it ever got downstairs was in the 50's. Just want anyone else that might have small children or elderly adults since this could make a huge difference to those groups.
