"We had a room in the annex and it was excellent, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was a bit high at €20 per person per meal but it was very complete. Very little room to park to get bags out and paking is a couple of blocks away. €38.50 for two nights parking not at the hotel is terrible. I would suggest the hotel find guest parking nearer and lowered cost for their guests. A great city to visit but high cost of parking+city tax+high cost of breakfast+hotel price makes it feel like you've been gouged."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. It was clear that guest satisfaction was a priority. The only minor hiccup during our stay was a billing issue. However, once we brought it to the staff’s attention, it was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. We truly appreciated their willingness to make things right. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and the small billing issue certainly wouldn't keep us from returning. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"Loved it so much we tried to book an extra night but it was full. We were offered to pay a nominal amount for an upgraded room which included parking, breakfast, mini bar and access to executive lounge and was well worth it. Our room was fabulous, large and modern. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Great location right next to main shopping area. Breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of items. Parking was located in underground parkade with elevator to rooms which was handy with luggage. oFront desk were friendly and helpful, nly negative is they are sticklers for check in time, 3pm no exceptions. I would definitely stay again, loved it!"

The hotel is located in a area where you can not drive to and we had to walk from a parking garage to the hotel. The hotel gave us a discount on the overnight parking fee, but the cost was 15.00 Euro after discount."
