Staff was nice and helpful, room was really good, a bit old-fashioned but well furnished. Breakfast was wonderful. Garage is very convenient even for a big suv. The hotel itself is a bit far from old town but public transportation is only 2min away. Definitely recommend staying at Mariott.

Lovely hotel with easy access to Trams or a nice walk along river to the old town. Staff were amazing and although decor slightly dated hotel was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice location located on the Neckar river in Heidelberg. Location is great for walking into the historic area of downtown. Room was clean and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff on checkin. Easy parking on location. Short waterside walking into downtown Heidelberg. If you plan shopping or castle tour then it would be more advantageous to drive instead of walking.
