"This hotel is very nice and has a studio"esque" about the rooms, every component of the hotel is extremely clean and very new. The reception staff have poor English but are very helpful. The hotel pool is based within the courtyard of rooms and is too very nice. A couple of downers about this hotel is the smell when you turn the shower and other taps on, it's as if the hotel isn't quite properly finished, the stench of the sewers is horrific. The breakfast is basic and Indonesian but I guess...

"It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet. the complementary foot massage was AMAZING after a long day of travel, and the complementary coffee and breakfast was something to write home about top shelf!! I would give this place a 5 star but the price vs needed maintenance and dropped my rating."

It was perfect for a family of five and could comfortably have accommodated an extra person in our room. "Great location, right on the beach walk, only a 5 min walk to the icon mall and right beside the turtle conservation centre where you can release a turtle back into the wild for a small donation. Breakfast was good, just enough to get you up and going for the day. Pool was large and a great place to spend the hot days, staff are always helpful. We stayed in a suite which was more than plenty of room for a couple, there’s a massage centre at the hotel which provided a great relaxing getaway from the hot days. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Sanur."
