"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. "This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port.
The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks.
