"Hotel staff were superstars, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful on arrival and departure, room was amazingly clean including the bathrooms (i usually find mould and could in this establishment) with modern renovations. I wasn’t a fan of the wheels on the king moving when jolted. The hotel had and amazing variety on offer of the complementary drink on arrival and breakfast was delicious and had plenty to offer. Great old school hotel made modern and exciting. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"Bed was luxurious! Clean unit with all we needed. Enjoyed breakfast at Harvest Cafe, it was a shame that the person who served us, older lady with glasses and short hair, was so disrespectful towards people who she spoke to re room numbers to confirm breakfast bookings. No patience, rude to people ie ‘I can’t understand what you’re saying, what do you mean’ thankfully on the Monday morning it was back to a more polite and warm person serving people. Only low point in an otherwise wonderful stay. Special shout out to wonderful staff on reception who handed out Xmas cheer in the form of ‘bubbles’ whil we waited to be served. Also were wonderful with customers and most accommodating!"
