"Actually due to health problem i was not able to travel and ask the hotel if they can change my dates or give me a refund which they refuse. Also asked to get a receipt that i did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me and told me to see with expedia. Thats very unfortunate. Expedia told me to contact hotel directly. And i also have proof about my admission at the hospital which they did not even consider."

Buffet breakfast fantastic (cereals, bacon/egg, continental and self-make waffles). Check if there are extra charges for parking and the pool, as the hotel policy was changing while we were there (didn’t effect us as we had booked before changes)."

"Amazing location. Wasn't aware there's free washing machine facility that was super convenient. Very helpful staff. Dining options are limited with one option to dine at the hotel, or take away from pizzeria about 10mins walk / Pick up from kiwi store. Also found another takeaway away at Osthorn for one of the nights, pizzeria was not open during our stay."
