Minutes delay in access on a hot day with luggage after a long journey prevented 5 stars. Be prepared for the electronic keys as not being the best at tech was a little concerning! I thought I was prepared but downloaded the wrong unloc app in advance! A direct link was provided at check in. "The size of the room is nice, allowing for resting in chairs after long walks. The front desk staff was helpful in terms of navigating the city as visitors. The hotel is in an excellent location.
The one complaint is that there was significant mildew in the shower along the grout which was surprising to see."

"The apartment was great. It has been very clean, big windows for a lot of daylight, nice furniture and space for our toddler to run too. Huge advantage is the elevator, esp when traveling with a toddler and more luggage. And there would have been some parking lots to book but you also find some parking in walking distance when traveling by car."
