Three double bedrooms - master with ensuite shower room and balcony, magnificent open plan sitting room with lots of glass and bi fold doors opening onto garden and deck, Woodburning stove, luxurious kitchen with Neff appliances and granite worktops, beautiful solid oak floors with underfloor heating throughout - powered by air source heat pump, family bathroom with bath and shower. Lots of parking. Wi Fi, Netflix, washing machine, tumble dryer. Please note the property borders a stream so care needed for very small children. Level access.

Wonderful house!
We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent house with a large garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautifully designed for a comfortable stay. Vicki, the host, was helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommended.

Superb, immaculate property within 1 hours drive of all of Cornwall’s glorious attractions. Secluded yet accessible with the ‘away from it all’ feel without compromising on every modern amenity. Our family had a great time here and we hope to return soon! Vicki was very welcoming and was easy to contact when we needed to find out where some of the local bays were , it’s. A lovely property finished to a high standard and always nice to come back to after a long day out , I would highly recommend booking this property.
