In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. "This is an excellent and good value hotel just a short distance from Porthcurnick Beach and a 15 minute walk from Portscatho. In a quiet location and set within lovely gardens that include several children’s games. We eat in 1 night which was well prepared and stayed in a 2 bed studio which was spacious and benefited from 2 bathrooms. The staff were great from beginning to end. We would definitely return . 1 small issue was very quickly resolved"

Communication was reasonably good, although my last 2 messages were not responded to.Description of the property pretty accurate, although it was unclear if a garden space was included. Better to make that clear that there was a patio space, but no garden. Also would be helpful to explain about the parking, as we brought a people carrier and it was a technical challenge to park. We did it, but probably good to give people forewarning.Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay; and the milk / coffee / tea / biscuits were very much appreciated."
