Wonderful location, The Greenbank Hotel offered comfortable accommodation with a superb view we were warmly welcomed and had everything we needed. The food was excellent we enjoyed breakfasts and an evening meal and would happily return.

Fabulous location overlooking the harbour, not far from the town centre. The room was well-decorated, clean and spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. Loved the spa-like bathroom, local toiletries and the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a waterside view, and the staff were very accommodating. Parking was initially a problem as there were other events at the hotel, but the reception staff soon found spaces in their garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was very cozy and safe for a mom and son solo traveling. The rooms are nice sized and the window. To the bay was huge with beautiful views and quite a nice place to people watch on the water. It's very close walking distance into town for shops and food but the working boat on property has delish meals, including Sunday roast.

We had a lovely stay at the Greenbank Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful- clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely go back. We will visit again ourselves but will also take our American friends when they come to stay.

The location in Falmouth was really good. Our room overlooking the harbor was nice. Room and bathroom was very clean and probably recently updated. Quiet and comfortable bed. No A/C and very warm in room, and unfortunately our little fan didn’t work. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The hallways were the reason for lower score. Carpet is stained and filthy. Supply closet doors were kept open in the hallways too, which was not a good look when you walked by. The hallways made us worry about what our room would look like, so it was a relief when we saw our nice room. Improving your hallways will really improve guest experience.
