"Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent short walk in to St Ives through the lovely hotel gardens. Large bedroom and ensuite with excellent shower. All very clean. Have stayed here several times and hope to book again."

"Lovely stay with everything I needed. Having a parking space in St Ives is a great bonus. Location is good as long as you welcome the exercise walking up hill from town, lots of taxis are available.The leisure centre is very close which I used when the weather was poor. All was good I would book again. "

"Lovely and clean. Quirky. Close to sea front and we had wonderful seaview from our room. A great base for your holiday and reasonably priced. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served to fridge in your room daily and also has microwave, toaster, kettle and egg cooker. En suite. Will definitely return."
