"Check in staff pleasant. Room clean and bed comfortable. 3 shared bathrooms, only 1 with toilet paper, 1 shower hadn’t been cleaned properly or in awhile. No facilities to make a cuppa in the morning. "

"This was the perfect place for us to stay on our cycling trip. The setting is gorgeous and the cottage is clean, comfortable and really lovely. It contained everything we needed and more, loved the gesture of complimentary port and jam too. Highly recommend, and we hope to visit another time."

"Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!"
