"The house was lovely and yard spacious for our family. Easy walk into town and the neighbours were all friendly. Unfortunately, we ran out of hot water one afternoon, but we had a new gas bottle installed within a few hours. There is no access to the garage and there is no shade to park your car under, which given the warm weekend was a downside but overall, we had a pleasant stay and Millthorpe is a lovely town to visit."

Surrounded by ducks, chickens, alpacas, sheep, geese, guinea fowl, and friendly, playful dogs, the farm offered a truly delightful rural experience. Ken and Phe were welcoming hosts and thoughtfully provided homemade bread and fresh eggs for breakfast. Our accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and had all we needed. Located less than five minutes from the well preserved, historic township of Millthorpe, it was the perfect base to explore the area's lovely cafés, shops, and local charm. We would highly recommend this farm stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable country escape."
