"Very close to reef terminal for tours. I loved the fact that towels were available as well as a free laundry facility. Staff is often not at the desk but they are often watching CCTV that covers the front desk and come when needed. It is very clean, towels are nice, location is close to many restaurants. They are well organized and check in went well. The rooms are serviced every other day routinely. They did forget my bath towels after service but this was minor in my opinion as you can get your own."
