Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. Electric car charging point. No smoking. Please note: There is a step to the courtyard.. This cosy ground floor apartment is located only a short distance from the centre, promenade and sandy beach of the seaside town of Troon, and is ideally located to explore the beauty of south west Scotland. Troon has a wide range of amenities including shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities and a yacht marina, and is home to the world famous Royal Troon Golf Course.



Located on the Ayrshire Coastal Path, Troon is the perfect base from which to explore the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. Ferries also close by to Dunoon, giving access to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The cosmopolitan city of Glasgow is only 40 minutes away and Edinburgh only 45 minutes beyond, with rail links to both. Beach 400 yards. Shops and restaurants ¾ mile, pubs ½ mile.

We had a lovely time and our hosts kindly looked after us when our car broke down

Tigh Beag has wonderful hosts and is a cosy home from home. I appreciated the well-equipped property and especially the comfortable bed. I had everything I needed and more for my short stay visiting family nearby and I plan to return again next time. I'd highly recommend Tigh Beag for anyone visiting Troon who needs a great location as well as peace and quiet.

We received a warm welcome from Allan and Norma on arrival at the cottage. the accommodation was well equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen and toilet/shower-room. The cottage was within short distance of the shops where there are good cafes and eating places to visit.
