A special highlight was the coffee.It’s ordered fresh rather than coming from a machine, and it was genuinely excellent.The rooftop terrace is a beautiful spot, especially on sunny days, with a lovely view over the city.Perfect for a relaxed moment after a day of sightseeing.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. "I saw a huge crockroach crawling on the bowls as I was getting breakfast and the staff just took it away and laughed about it like it's normal. It was so gross. Coffee maker was broken and stuff tried to fix but couldn't fix it. The toilet kept running and so it was hard to sleep. Took them 2 days before they had someone fix it. The staff are grumpy and not friendly except for a few people. The area near train station is very sketchy so would not recommend for kids. My kids were scared walking around. We witness a huge fist fight in front of the hotel. Omg. "
