Staff are the best, great location, walkable, and felt safe. Rooms are big, clean, bathroom is spacious and modern. It has an elevator which is really convenient for taking your heavy luggage. Enjoyed my stay!

This is a great area, clean room with nice staff and amenities. You can walk anywhere easily from this location and there’s no need for other forms of transport. The building kept our noise and the bed was very comfortable, when we return to Rome in the future we will definitely be coming back here!

Whilst not a hotel the staff were super responsive via whatsapp whenever we had a query, and also very helpful. The room was quirky and we quite liked the fact it was not a standard boring hotel room!

The jetted tub was a great addition to the end of our Europe trip! The room felt fancy and romantic and was a perfect fit. We loved the multi colored lights in the shower and over the tub. The fridge wasn’t very cold, but we came to expect this overseas. The hotel is in an alley with cobblestone through the main entry… it seems strange… but then you remember that you’re in Rome and everything is old. The hotel is a walk away from ruins and all the main sites.

Hidden away in an alley with no signage, but very close to many attractions and very clean. If you’re not an experienced traveler, this may be a difficult booking for you. But it worked great for us

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and loved every minute. It was so close to the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon - really easy to walk to all the other sites as well from here. The room was fantastic and it was so quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. A great hotel to stay for a few days or longer. Thank you!

My favorite spot in Rome

Ugh, I hate to write a rave review because it will be that much harder to get a reservation here next time I am in Rome but this place was AMAZING. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the Pantheon but completely quiet. 5-10 minute walk from some of the best restaurants in the city. The service was OUTSTANDING. Truly, early check in, spotless rooms, considerate breakfast in room service, help with reservations and laundry, all of it. The showers were hot, the bed was hard but comfortable, the room was spacious. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome, this is it

Overall, the location and accommodations were great. The only challenge was that this hotel shares reception staff with a sister hotel a few blocks away, so staff aren’t always easily accessible when you need them.

This was by far the most amazing hotel we’ve stayed! Service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean, location can’t get any better. You can walk to every attraction in Rome. 10/10 recommend. When we return next year we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect property with Exceptional location

The property is situated on 2nd floor of an apartment building and contains a small reception area that is not staffed full time. However, the sister hotel is located a block away and very attentive & responsive to any off hours needs we had. The staff reached out ahead of time to obtain my arrival time to ensure someone checked us in and gave us all the tour of our room. The room was exceptionally lit, with high vaulted feelings and furnished with 2 twin beds, which was consistent with description. Our room were cleaned daily, with soft sheets, fresh towels. Air conditioning was EXCEPTIONAL and much needed given sweltering heat in Rome in June. This is very unique for a property in Rome, as even the best properties tend to lack adequate air conditioning.

Excellent guesthouse. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very clean. We had a suite which was big and had it’s own little balcony. There is also another balcony that can be used We ended our day with a glass of wine every night on the terrasse
