This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view.

Everything was amazing! We were at first a little confused on where to go once inside, but quickly figured it out and the concierge was so helpful in getting our bags into our room so we can go explore! We would def stay here again !

The location is ideal, centrally located in the historic center of Rome and immediately beside a busy taxi stand. Stepping inside the impressively large doors, one climbs a beautiful flight of stairs (shallow and easily managed) to the small lift. The office is on the top floor, number 5. Amazing character property converted into a small hotel. For those who are looking to stay centrally and taste the luxury Rome should choose this property. The staff was superbly natural and helpful. One young gentleman was especially friendly. Sorry, I do not remember his name

This hotel seems to be in an old style European apartment building. Huge double doors, several stories high, to walk into the building lobby; wide staircase and old style elevator. Once you arrive on the fifth floor for the hotel itself, the room was terrific. Ceilings 20 feet high; huge window; good air conditioning; separate shower room and bathroom. Fresco painted on the ceiling. Complimentary waters, sodas and snacks. The staff was superb!! Grigorio and Jane were terrific. As there was a taxi strike, we asked Grigorio to set up a car service for our ride to the airport. Grigorio arranged for the ride. At the last minute, the car service cancelled. Grigorio put us into his own car and drove us to the airport himself! Above and beyond!! The location is terrific - about one block from the Pantheon; 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain; 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. Everything was super walkable.

Muito bom. Gostei

Muito bom, atendimento da Viktoriya foi excelente, quarto e banheiros limpos, cama boa, banheiro grande e não é uma banheira o box, água e coca do frigobar eram gratuitos, localização boa perto de um ponto de ônibus e do VLT. A porta de entrada não é tão evidente, mas exatamente como nas fotos, porta grande de madeira e pra entrar é só clicar no botão com o nome do hotel e depois subir no andar informado. Não tem atendente 24 hrs, mas você fica com as chaves, bem tranquilo. Estacionamento não é tão perto se não encontrar lugar para na rua próximo do hotel, é uma caminhada de uns 15 minutos.

The property is in an excellent location. Walkable to many dining options and close to a lot of sight seeing. The suites are a little hard to find once you arrive and you have to go up the oldest and smallest elevator which was an Experience in itself! more directions prior Would have been helpful but overall it’s a great place for a quick trip in Rome!

A five star experience in a well priced four star type property. Getting into place the first time is a bit of a challenge - street level passcode, up a flight of stairs to an old style elevator up to fifth floor - but once there, it's a lovely boutique property. There are better options for staying in the center of Rome. the location is good and the bed is comfy but otherwise there is no reason to stay here. We could hear our very loud neighbors early in the morning. The maintenance of the room was lacking, i.e. toilet seat, shower soap dish, lighting etc.
