"I was honestly disappointed with my stay at Swissôtel. First of all, the hotel didn’t reply to any of my messages or special requests that I sent well in advance of my trip. For a 5-star property, that level of communication is simply unacceptable. The reception experience also does not match a 5-star standard. Upon arrival, guests are asked to register themselves, and the same happens at check-out. There is absolutely no sense of welcome or hospitality, no warmth, no friendliness. Breakfast was good, but there was a long line to get in every morning. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and honestly, that’s the only real advantage of staying here. Overall, I expected a significantly higher level of service from a 5-star hotel. "
