"I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks English. Very bad experience w/ this place."

"THE AMAZING LOCATION THE VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS AND AMAZING POOL (WE DID NOT GET TO USE IT BECAUSE DUE TO THE TEMPERATURE BEING IN THE 60'S) THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS THE NEXT TO THE HOTEL WAS GREAT !!!"

"Not a big fan of the “check yourself in” method. Never saw anyone except the chamber maid (she was wonderful!). Can’t call yourself a “B&B » if you don’t serve breakfast and definitely can’t call yourself a resort if there is nothing to do there. Beautiful views among olive trees and rolling hills but coffee is 20 minutes away. I could survive with a cold Diet Coke but there’s no refrigerator. Tile floor but I saw the bathroom had a towel warmer but could not locate the power switch. This is where a desk person would be handy. At least print up some information. There is a wine cooler but it would not get colder than 69 degrees Fahrenheit. I really wanted to love this place but I couldn’t give it the benefit of the doubt. I also couldn’t find the restaurant located on their other property. "

"Wonderful place. Rustic, country farmhouse with beautiful views of the countryside and sunsets. Angela and Alessandro were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for day trips but we loved coming back to spend the evenings enjoying the view."

"Paid for a quadruple room - when we checked in were given a triple room without any acknowledgement. After going to our room and seeing that it wasn’t right we addressed it with reception and were told they had given our room to someone else by accident and had no quadruple rooms available. "This is simple rural property with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms were most welcome for my friend and I. Hosts parents were frequently working on the farm and supplied us with their own oil, eggs, and at the end, a gorgeous bowl of cherries. A stone’s throw from San Quirico D’Orcia which quickly became our “home town” in the stupendous Val D’Orcia. Not a luxury accommodation but practical and appealing. Highly recommended."
