Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole
The property was excellent and staff were really lovely but the wait time for lifts as you have to change lifts at level 4 or 19 to use some amenities was killing. Last thing you want to do after a tiring day of travel. Again we were a family of 5 with three like and they gave us a small double room ...

The room was clean but I wish I didn’t see discoloration on the bathroom walls. I’m very OCD about bathrooms and there was light to mild mold in corners
