"Hi here is my review on this hotel everything was great Breakfast buffet is $14 per person has 2 pools arcade was great has 2 computers free to use mini mart is open to 11 am fitness center was ok but didnt use it due to being on vacation The only downfall i had was the wifi was horrible if you have work to do on the computer dont waste your time "

"Room was not clean right, towels were all no wash right and dirt. TV did not work at all, the WiFi terrible too don't connect at all. "

"There policy is To clean the room once every four days and four nights that’s what the manager told me they don’t even clean the sheets or give you towels. You gotta request them through the front desk."

"Roaches in the room and the room had a bad smell because there is NO HOUSE KEEPING. I had stay before in another Rosen but it wasn’t this way. The people here are not friendly. Very POOR service "

"Worst hotel I ever stayed and they called it a resort, ended up checking back out within the hour. The rooms were dirty, towel on the floor, hair in the bath tub and the sheets were dirty hair in the bed the rooms were not clean and the hotel itself was dirty. Trash everywhere and big bags of trash bag sitting on the halls. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I booked two rooms for one night through Expedia and paid in full when I made the booking. In the morning, I was emailed the folios for the rooms and noticed charges on them. I went to the front desk and the rep said that she could see that it was booked through Expedia and prepaid but the system charged me because the hotel didn’t receive any payment from Expedia. I asked her to reverse the charges. She said she couldn’t as only a supervisor could and no one was in. I had to leave to travel. I called after 9:00 am and was placed on hold for an extended period of time so I hung up. I contact Expedia customer service and they said they would contact the hotel and ask them to refund me. So now I wait for that to happen. I find this whole situation unacceptable. Stay elsewhere if you don’t want the hassle of wasting your time to get an issue like this rectify. Room and check in were ok. It’s a renovated property which is a positive. However their staff could provide better customer service. "
