They are undergoing some construction but the overall condition of the property is poorly maintained and the rooms were medium to low cleanliness. We will never come back to this property I will think about it when booking some other from Travelodge and/or Wyndham. Photos show you wonders, very deceitful, misleading.

Where do I start? Check in awful, staff member who tried to check me in was being trained, could not understand English, and someone else in the very TINY lobby was talking SO LOUD we couldn't hear each other through the plexiglass window anyway, Took a LONG time just for step 1. Got into room 212... ZERO towels, TV remote didn't work properly. Eventually they sent someone with towels, and a new remote which didn't work either. They switched my room, which was with a different model TV and had towels. Check in took better part of 45 minutes and I was by then running way behind schedule (had to be somewhere). Next morning, hot water... well, there was none. Took about 20 minutes in the shower for there to finally be hot water, but the water pressure was so low it didn't matter much. Check out - I asked for a receipt showing the refund of the $100 deposit on my credit card. Staff person said I would get it by email in 4-5 days, if I wanted one now I had to wait for the room to be approved, which would happen after the person doing that finished with his other chores. I should just wait for it. I had to get going. English barely spoken on the property by staff, poorly supplied rooms, rude staff. Special thanks to staff members Kendi and Georges who helped finally make things right and did seem to understand the concept of ‘customer service’. I'd NEVER NEVER go to this property again.

The property needs an upgrade to the floors, windows and bathroom but the beds, towels and general areas are clean and comfortable. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room however coffee was available at reception. Visible improvements are being undertaken at present but overall I would not stay here again which is a shame as the staff were excellent and the property is well situated.

Would NEVER recommend or stay here EVER! The receptionist was very polite and patient . The rooms were extremely dirty. After asking for a second room, we got to the room and the floor was worse . Room smelled like wet dog. Mold all in the shower and red sticky dog prints all over the floor . I asked for maintenance and the gentleman look very high on something and asked me if my phone worked rather then cleaning the mess that should have been cleaned . There was hair in the bed sheets, which were dirty moist and had a weird smell. DO NOT GO !
