"The staff is fantastically friendly and helpful (everyone really, but especially Syl)! The property is lovely, and the location is terrific for entering the park. We especially enjoyed the boat ride to the park. The restaurant food was delicious, and my daughter loved that there were lots of vegan choices. The pool was huge and beautiful, and I had never seen such a great exercise room. I would 100% stay here every time I go to Orlando!"

"Don’t be fooled by the Travelodge name. I know they’re under renovation but our room was awful. There wasn’t even soap! We couldn’t sleep we were so uncomfortable there. Thankfully it was only one night!"

"The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels."

"Good value. Large room. The staff were great. A bit old but clean. Location was convenient. Not upscale or fancy but served our needs well."

"Yes we enjoyed the pool. Although the only thing I have negative to say is, I called them the day before I travel there and they told me I could pay with cash and then I get there and they said that I could not pay with cash and so I had to go to the bank then I come back to pay the remaining balance which somehow went up from the original price and then when I get back there, they say there’s also $100 deposit so I had to turn around and go back to the bank again. Very upset about not being told this. "
