"Great rooms and location. This is my second stay. Comfy bed. The "breakfast" in the morning needs a little work. Not very helpful worker there. No clear indication of how it works and he was not happy to be there or explain anything."

"We love staying at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins and it has become our go-to hotel in San Francisco. The location on Nob Hill is fantastic, with beautiful views and so much old-world charm and character. It really feels like a classic San Francisco experience. We were able to walk to North Beach, Chinatown, and the Ferry Building, and after a long day of exploring, taking the cable car back up the hill to the hotel was such a fun and convenient option. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was always helpful, and the hotel itself is charming and full of history. We always enjoy our stays here and will definitely continue coming back."

"Our check-in process was smooth. Quick access to our room. The view was nice, and our room was clean. Our room was cleaned/beds made while we were there (unexpected given we were only there two nights - most hotels don't anymore). The construction was a little annoying, but we knew about it in advance, so not holding it against the hotel. We loved the location right next to Chinatown and easy access to the bus and cable car."
