"The staff went over and above to accommodate your every need. We even got a a private tour of the facility, which has a lot of historic value to it and was used during World War II as as British headquarters for MI5 and MI6 and used by Churchill for his headquarters. The breakfast in the restaurant was an amazing buffet. The one thing I ask is that they carry cash t make change for guests. They are trying to be cashless, but they're on the bleeding edge."

"For the price the room is exactly as expected it was clean but small. Very good for a single traveller or a couple with not too many clothes (perhaps a weeks worth or less). Would recommend for people who want to be near landmarks and are only using the hotel to sleep!"

"Room very clean and well maintained. Shower room very good with a very good shower. Having said that it was possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was only accessible from one side and although it was ok for the single traveler it would have been cramped for two. OK for a night or two and the location is superb for sightseeing as it is right next to the National Portrait Gallery and a very short walk to Trafalgar Square. Cannot comment on breakfast as I had to leave at 05.30"

"Room isn’t designed for women. Plugs are no where near mirrors and bathroom space is very limited. The elevator was out for 3 days and the escalator was shut down for a day. Bathroom Fan didn’t work and no one came to fix it after we inquired. Bare bone room."
