"This hotel was nothing short from amazing. The concierge staff were very accommodating. I booked this hotel for my lady for her birthday which was 11/25 and just by checking and asking a question for curiosity, they upgraded our room to 37 floor city view, gave a is a complimentary bottle of red wine, along with complementary snacks. Thank you to Tabitha , Jose’ & Mr Robinson for taken real good care of us. We will definitely rebook in the future when in town. "
"Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location.
You are 3-6min walk from all subway lines that go anywhere in the city. You are near food and drinks in the financial district and a 10min walk from the brooklyn bridge.
I had added a mention that we were celebrating our engagement and the staff prepped the room to highlight the occasion."
"It was excellent. I asked for no cleaning of the room for my 4 night stay, and I got what I asked for, and that is not always the case. I thought the hotel would have had my email address. I was texted for my email address from the hotel so that they could send me the receipt. Are they given my email address?"
"i've stayed in many NYC hotels and the cleanliness, size, and convenience cannot be beat for this pricepoint! the rooms are chic and mine was available early (11am!). will be back!"
