"Staff were friendly but the place was not that great. We had two small children and couldn’t let them be free in the room due to stairs that lead to the bathroom. Also, lights were turned on in courtyard which made falling asleep a bit more difficult. Water pressure was not great but did the job. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it."

"The restaurant Rails has a great breakfast and is fast. Hotel is well located with walks to restaurants and train station. A little loud, and rooms are small. I don’t think there is a gym."

"Poor experience, the hotel is made to look far better online than it is in person, the arrival experience was poor no explanation of where the left was to get to our room or bars etc. Extremely small room even for London standards, very poor horrible lightning. We would definitely return, having stayed in cheaper but much nicer hotels with better customer service etc."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "
