Very disorganised, to start off, was left waiting on the street for around an hour to work out where the key for the apartment would be left, was given 2 different locations for actual accommodation address. They advertised as self parking available, no parking available within the property and had to pay for street parking.
NO access to pool or gym, and I was made to speak with concierge 4 times with every time being told we do not have access and the...
