"Parking was in an open parking lot with lots of room. The lobby was clean. They only had one elevator working; the other was under construction. We did have a dirty tub, and our AC started working, then stopped. We told them, and they moved us immediately. The next room was clean, and the AC ran just fine. The staff were super friendly and obviously very helpful and accommodating"
