"The reception staff were very welcoming, but don’t look happy in their jobs. The restaurant/ bar staff were very helpful and polite, only fault was they let people vape while sitting at the bar. We had breakfast and evening meal the food was 10/10 something for everyone, best porridge I have had in a hotel. The room was nice comfortable beds, they need a little bit more of a clean, dust on the door frames was thick and bathroom door on the inside was sticky and dirty. Room 215 Overall the stay was nice, I would recommend and stay again."

"Hotel is fairly new so modern and clean. Housekeeping staff missed things some days. No drawers for clothes but other than that the location is excellent for exploring the main things in the city. The breakfast is nice but coffee machines weren’t up to snuff when the room got busy."

"Pro's: very central, spacious apartment with two decent sized bedrooms (not a pull out sofabed in lounge which is often the case). Check in was straightforward and staff were helpful and responsive. Con's: it's right above one of the main pub streets and music is banging till the early hours. For us it was ok as we were out and about til then but one of the bedrooms is really noisy so defo need ear plugs. Also sleep masks needed as the rooms get really bright early in morning and the day/night blinds dont provide enough shade for the huge windows. Apartment could do wish a refresh (lick of paint and carpet shampoo) but otherwise fine. Would book again. 👍"

"Thank God my wife wasn’t with me. We would have had to change hotels. Since it was my son and I, we stayed. Here is a short list of the issues: no air conditioning, water stains on the ceiling and the floor, dirty shower curtain that clings to your body, no housekeeping or fresh towels, it smelled of mothballs and rotting fruit. The only redeeming things were the International BeatleWeek festivities. The event was well-run and a ton of fun."

"This hotel is clean and modern. Great location for walking around to see the sites. Parking was included but difficult to get to. We did purchase the breakfast buffet which was great. We did not use the lounge or gym. The room was big enough and had a efficient kitchen. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it."
