Had an excellent stay here. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and really clean. Awesome location within walking distance of the train stations, Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Will definitely come back in the future.

The location is good, within walking distance of local attractions but the apartments are tucked away off a not very nice side street. Lovely bedding and towels, quality decor. The rug in our apartment looked disgusting, badly stained, not at all in keeping with the ‘luxury’ label attached to the place. Carpets in the hall were also stained. Hence the rating of 4/5

Amazing!! Highly recommend if coming to Liverpool

It was an amazing stay. Communication was great, with almost instant replies to my questions and super helpful!! The place was immaculate and exceeded our already high expectations. For a city center apartment and over a weekend the place was silent. The beds were super comfy, and the kids enjoyed the quirky space. The room came equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself and also had a modern coffee machine, toaster and kettle. I have nothing bad to say at all. I will definitely be back again and recommend it to my friends.

This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it.

Stayed in room 12 cabin in the woods. The room itself is beautiful - very clean, well decorated and spacious. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed on at any hotels/apartments! The only thing to note around the room I struggled to get a plug socket near a mirror - that would be my only feedback as there was 3 of us so it made it slightly trickier getting ready. The bathroom was lovely too - huge shower, a large modern sink and a gorgeous tiling on the wall (the design was lovely). Some toiletries also included. We stayed here for one of Taylor Swift shows (which was ideal as we could easily walk to Anfield from here) and also as part of my birthday celebrations. My friends contacted to arrange a birthday package and they did a beautiful job with balloons, handwritten card and prosecco on our arrival. Check in was very easily using the flexipass app - didn’t have any issues at all with this. Overall I’m very happy with my stay here and I’d definitely stay again when I come back to Liverpool.

'Girls On Tour' Say YES!!!!

Twice each year, three friends and myself spend weekends away in different cities. I take responsibility for finding the location and booking accommodation. After a very disappointing experience in Manchester for our last trip, I was really keen to find somewhere fantastic this time. Trueman Court certainly went above and beyond expectations and there was absolutely nothing that I could suggest to improve the experience. I sent several messages prior to staying as I needed help with parking, etc, and I received prompt and very concise replies. On arrival at the apartment, we all said that it was so lovely we could have happily stayed in all weekend and not ventured out! (although I had never been to Liverpool before and so I was keen to explore) Accessing the premises was simple too. The access code arrived as promised. The property was spotless clean with excellent facilities, plenty of space, warm and comfortable. We didn't hear any of the other residents whilst we were there. As a group, we are definitely coming back and I will be booking again with my husband/family and also with a different friend. This is by far the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. Thank you very much.

Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP.
