Lovely views.The only real drawback here is the parking...some is available on the quay behind, but if this area is used for functions it reduces car parking somewhat. There is some parking at front of hotel and also a small underground car park, but on street parking is at a premium...we hardly saw free parking spaces during the week we stayed. That said, would definitely stay here during off peak season. "

"Nice easy going environment. Welcoming staff. A 10 minute walk or short bus ride into town. Sadly no breakfast but I was very happy with what I ate off the menu - a gammon steak platter which sorted me out for the rest of the day after my arrival. Had a nice room (room 3) with plentiful teas, coffee, hot choc laid on overlooking their lovely sunny beer garden, which wasn't so great when I tried to get an afternoon kip on day 2 and a heavy rock band struck up.
