My room AC didn't work and when they finally changed my room at 1am, the new room had a strong smoke odor like someone was smoking in the room before. Again, the staff were very helpful and accommodating but I would not stay at this hotel again. "

"Excellent location. Beautiful scenery and lovely walk along the river. Great places to eat and drink, the food in The Ivy was amazing and decently priced. If you like Ted Lasso you can visit places they filmed and there's also a shop for memorabilia from the programme. All in all a fantastic stay 😀"
