"We stayed at the Lopburi Residence hotel near the bus station. This is the one shown in the map on the booking. This hotel is being completely renovated. The staff are exceptional. The location is good for getting in to Old Town by songtheaw. We shall certainly stay again. We were the first guest to stay in our room since it was renovated. "The room was good and clean, everything worked. However, we were put on the top floor- they keep the floodlights outside on all night- the curtains don’t keep this light out. We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise you’ll get a floodlit room. Top floor? Reject it Immediately. Staff didn’t turn lights out and they are only to light up the side of the building. A very annoying stay :( "
