"Hotel was great. Wasn't able to check out the jazz bar but could hear the music and loved it. Rooms were clean and shared bathrooms were also spotless. Check in was an easy process and accessing the hotel and room with the key card was also simple. My only complaint was that the wifi, while it did connect, rarely provided internet. But my stay was so short that I didn’t inquire about fixing it so no point deduction. "
"The location was very central. The room was well equipped including double sinks, large shower, desk, fridge, coffee machine, lots of hangers, iron etc. The room had a couple oddities; the toilet (with no sink) and the bathroom (sink and shower) were on opposite sides of the room, so handwashing was awkward, the TV instructions were in Spanish, the distance between the bed and windows was tight. Staff were excellent, very friendly, lobby had a good amount of seating and all-day cafe, the gym was a good size and well stocked."
"Best location if you are attending a performance at Massey Hall. Clean room and very comfortable bed. The only negative is lack of parking facilities. Fortunately, there are several parking options close by. "
"Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure "
