"We had a wonderful stay. the mosquitos on the patio in the back were horrible though. Also maybe better instructions given as a lady walked in to our room because she wasn’t sure where to go. (our fault for not having door locked) beautiful house"

The property felt very safe since the entire ranch is fenced, and the courtyard has its own separate fence as well. The complimentary noodles, eggs, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay again!"

"Our experience at Tipsy Toad was awesome. The place is beautiful and has something for any size kid. Amazing views and outdoor fun. The kids loved the pool, they loved the pond for fishing and jumping off the dock. There was plenty of room to host our big family. The cabins were beautiful and very clean. "We hosted a wonderful family gathering here for my husband's Papa, and he had an amazing weekend surrounded by his grandkids and great-grandkids. There was so much space and endless activities to choose from—fishing, archery, volleyball, and soccer kept everyone entertained!The house itself is fantastic and comes equipped with a game room featuring a poker table and plenty of board games.
