Great aparthotel with parking, retirement home :-)

Clean hotel arrangement within this building that is a retirement home with assisted care. If you do not mind seeing old people living their lives, than this is the place. Centrally located, with parking. It could do with better cooking utensils. I did not see any cleaning service, but have requested more toilet paper and coffee packs, which we got it right away. For value, it is very recommended if you can find a space as there are few apartments.

Highly recommend

Extremely good customer care. Affordable prices and a very good location. Its around 40min walk from the beach but there are buses if someone is too lazy to walk, and whats more important - a supermarket, a great bakery and excelent kebab shop straight next to this place. Quiet area and a few parks nearby. Cant get much better than that.

Posizione semicentrale, prospiciente un bel parco. Facilmente accessibile. E' una casa di riposo per anziani che affitta le camere libere. Non ha i servizi dell'hotel (hall, bar etc.). Nessuna particolare interferenza con gli anziani presenti nella struttura. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Camera spaziosa, con ampi armadi e cassetti, TV a schermo piatto di grande dimensione, angolo cottura, piccolo tavolo con due sedie, bagno completo, ottima illuminazione, ben climatizzata. Insonorizzazione non ottimale sulla finestra esterna. Possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile. La formula è tipo residence (non fanno le camere, ma non mi sono informato se, con un supplemento era possibile avere anche la pulizia della camera ed il riassetto dei letti). Complessivamente, giudizio più che positivo e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Kind of like doing volunteer work

The Modern TLV is mostly a Assisted Living Facility with a hospital called Golden Age. The majority of the residents are elderly people who for one reason or another moved into "the hotel". My room had three beds, one behind a curtain which is normally for the live-in nurse. After a few weeks at the hotel, I bought my own sheets and a light blanket because they smelled like elderly people, who, cannot always control their bladders. If you stay long enough to empty your own trash, you might see lots of Depends underwear in the trash, a reality for an assisted living facility. In a way, it is a great place to stay. Very much a family atmosphere.

The receptionists were very nice! Very warm welcome clean room gift in the room. Yes, the main occupants of the building are older people but they are nice. The property is a bus away from the main touristic attractions.

De kamer is modern, keuken is netjes met voldoende voorzieningen. De badkamer is ruim en mooi. Airco doet het goed. Het hotel huist naast gasten ook Israëlische ouderen. Maar juist leuk om een praatje met te maken. Parkeren is gratis alleen doet het vaak lang voordat de poort geopend wordt omdat de receptie het druk heeft en niet opmerkt dat je voor de poort staat.

Quarto incrível!!! Com tudo que precisa para cozinhar! Panelas, microondas, fogão super moderno, geladeira, sala de estar com cadeiras, pratos, talheres, etc. Localização muito boa, vizinho a mercados, supermercados, etc. No local tem vários idosos que residem, mas isso não é nenhum problema, é muito bom ver como eles são bem tratados! Amplo estacionamento, ótimo atendimento e uma recepção que funciona 24h. Ótimo custo benefício! Um dos poucos hotéis de Tel Aviv que não cobram estacionamento!

15 jours à Tel Aviv-Yafo

Hotel propre avec chambre rénovée. Personnel à l écoute. Proche centre et plage Tel Aviv en bus 10 min à pied 40 min. Par contre petit déjeuner pas du tout adapté à l international. L hotel fait en même temps EPAD, il faut le savoir. Commerces alimentaires en bas de l'hôtel.

Good value for money

It is a apartment hotel like any other. The staff were very helpful. I most of the apartments lives elderly people. But that is no problem. The apartment was nice, big and had a small kitchen with a big fridge with freezer. The bathroom had a nice shower and there was soap from the Dead Sea and extra towels and toilet paper in the closet. You eat breakfast together with the old people in a big room. The breakfast was vegetarian with boil egg, bread, vegetables, cake an fruit and no meat. You can ask for an omelet or a fried egg and slices of cheese. The coffee and tea taste good. The neighbourhood is nice and safe an just outside you will find a grocer, bakery, grill and a supermarket. There are a lots of bus stops and you can buy a bus card at the airport or bus stations. If you use google maps you can find what bus to take, when and where. We had a good time and can recommend this place.
